Carlos Cianca  joined the Rick O’Leary team in 2024 as Business Development Manager for Mexico. Carlos resides in Monterrey Mexico and comes with +20 years experience in the Automotive Industry.

Graduating from Tec de Monterrey with a degree in International Business, Carlos brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, marked by a customer-centric approach.  He is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, category management, sourcing, marketing, sales, procurement, and customs & logistics.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Carlos finds joy in his role as a husband and father to two beautiful girls, relishing moments spent with his family and indulging his passion for horses. An avid Texans fan, he also enjoys cheering for his favorite team during football season.
