Rick is president of Rick O’Leary Sales and Marketing. Starting at the parts counter, Rick has been in the automotive aftermarket for over 30 years. He developed and launched new products and programs with every major mass merchandiser, automotive retail chain, automotive group, and large wholesalers in the US. Through this experience, he understands what it takes to develop and get placement of retail products and hard parts programs into the aftermarket. Rick excels at clearly defining goals, developing strategic plans, and measuring success based on advanced analytics.
He gets great satisfaction and spends a majority of his time assisting in developing strategies with vendors that help grow the business with his customers.
Rick is married with 3 children and enjoys being active in his hometown of Memphis, TN.
Derrick Carr is Senior Vice President at Rick O’Leary Sales and Marketing. He is a steadfast leader with a faithful track history over twenty years at Nike, AutoZone, and Spectra Premium, where he served on the Senior Management Team.
Derrick graduated Cum Laude from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics and Minors in Safety and Management. He excels in fostering high-caliber customer interactions across the entire business while aiming to drive growth and increased revenue for all.
Derrick and his wife, Mercedes, raise four children and enjoy travelling.
Pat Gunnell joined Rick O’Leary Sales & Marketing in 2015 and and is currently serving as Vice President. A native of Memphis, TN, Pat has a Marketing Degree from the University of Memphis and a MBA from Union University. After graduating, he started his career working with International Paper managing International Business accounts. In 2005, he went to work for L’Oreal selling consumer packaging goods. While at L’Oreal, he won Presidents Club 3 times and Vendor of Year with both WalMart and Target accounts. Pat has over 17 years experience with analytics, sales, planograms, marketing, and forecasting. He has a vast retail sales experience selling to WalMart, Target, AutoZone, and Costco.
Pat lives in Memphis with his wife Amy and two girls, Abby and Kate.
Lynn Eisenstatt joined the Rick O’Leary Sales & Marketing team in 2018 and is currently serving as Senior Director of Finance. Her experience and skill sets help service the most important person to the company, the customer, with informative ROLSM proprietary sales comparisons, product forecasting, POG set movement analysis, and other duties as needed. Lynn graduated from the University of Alabama. She previously ran her own interior design business, and most recently worked 12 years as the Business and Marketing Manager for an optometric practice.
Lynn is a Memphis native and enjoys traveling with her husband. She also loves cheering for the Tigers at University of Memphis basketball and football games. She is mother to 2 sons, and to an adorable pup. She is also grandmother to two, and loves babysitting as much as possible!
Victor Jones joined the Rick O’Leary Sales and Marketing team in December 2021, and serves as the Director of Business Development and Growth. He has over 30 years of product management and supplier development in the Automotive Aftermarket and Spare Part Industries. Victor brings vast knowledge of undercar and under the hood hard part suppliers along with strategic planning and pricing. He enjoys working with domestic and international suppliers in developing a road map on how to expand and add new distribution.
Victor is married with two children and two grandsons. He enjoys sports and lives in the Memphis metro area.
Alex Mañán joined the Rick O’Leary Sales & Marketing team in 2019 as Director Key Accounts Latin America & USA. He has over 25 years of sales experience, fifteen of which are in the Automotive Aftermarket. Alex brings with him substantial knowledge of Mexican, Latin American, and mid-American customers. Alex is fluent in both English and Spanish and will be flexing his bilingual muscles overseeing key accounts in these territories. His energy, passion, and sincerity enable him to develop successful programs between his customer and vendor bases.
Alex lives in Kansas City with his wife of 25 years and their three sons.
Shannon O’Leary joined Rick O’Leary Sales and Marketing in 2019. After attending the University of Tennessee, she dedicated herself to learning all aspects of customer service and financial analytics. Shannon is excited to translate her decade long experience to the automotive aftermarket retail channel.
A born and raised Memphian, Shannon is very active in her community and loves cheering on the Grizzlies and Tigers (so long as they aren’t playing the Vols). She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog in her free time.
Kreg Corpstein recently joined Rick O’Leary Sales and Marketing as a Senior Sales & Data Analyst. Kreg brings over 20 years of planogram and retail marketing research analysis experience from DIY leaders, AutoZone and Orgill, and CPG marketing research leaders, Nielsen and IRI. (Now Circana after a merger with NPD.) In addition, he spent 5 years as a marketing and research analyst at OnMedia Ad Sales. Kreg graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing Research from Mississippi State University.
Kreg is married with one son and is passionate about time with family, fishing, playing tennis, and finding “stories” in retail data to increase sales.
Jeremiah Whitaker has joined Rick O’Leary Sales and Marketing as a National Account Manager covering accounts in Arkansas. Jeremiah brings more than a decade of product and category management experience to the business.
Jeremiah’s successful prior experience includes seven years with Alliance Parts Warehouse. Most recently the last five years as Category Manager for Parts Warehouse Inc. where he oversaw categories such as chemicals, car care, paint & body, electrical, Tools & Equipment and other retail categories.
Outside of work, Jeremiah loves to spend time with his wife Brandi and their four children – Reece, Ryan, Rosalee and Grace. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting and fishing, traveling, and cheering his favorite football team the Denver Broncos.
Harry works hard at Rick O’Leary Sales & Marketing as the Director of Wellness. Whether greeting guests, supporting staff members, or offering visitors a toy, Harry brings a ray of sunshine to all who enter our office.
Rocky is head of security at Rick O’Leary Sales & Marketing.
